Launching 2027

Named for where both of you end up sitting.

The name is the promise, twice. Guests get the chair at the end of a long day out. Owners get to stay in theirs while somebody else runs the house.

A design-led short-term rental company, launching in 2027. Nothing here is bookable yet, and nothing is for sale.
